Worker secret resync was failing silently — fixed and re-run green.

/sessions is 100% full and $TMPDIR points into it, so mktemp produced a 0-byte secrets payload and cf_deploy died on empty JSON — which reads exactly like a rotated credential. Forced temp onto /var/tmp and added a guard that refuses to push an empty or incomplete payload. Re-ran: 8 secrets synced. Guard mutation-tested on four payloads.

New-show placeholder cards were undetectable — fixed in-run.

Cards uploaded as <slug>.png match neither C.2 detection test (the D1 shim stores no image alt), so they would have been invisible to the poster-upgrade pass and would have posted placeholder art to social. Re-uploaded as <slug>-coming-soon.png; all three now defer correctly in Parts N and N.2.
